Initiate Your Request
Log in to your AIRhub account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
